Searching for the proper lakefront property can be an adventure. Dave Gooden and Cameron Henkel have taken some of the challenges out of it.
A few years ago Gooden and Henkel were looking for their own family cabins in the northern Wisconsin area and came to the conclusion that it was a daunting task. Most real estate companies had their own websites, but they were poorly designed, rarely updated, and the Multiple Listing Service search results were anything but accurate. Additionally, the sites were limited to a small geographic area, and the two found themselves visiting website after website in a time-consuming search.
