Where did you grow up? What was it like?
I grew up in Aurora Colorado before it turned into a suburb of Denver. Our house was the first in the subdivision and we kept our horses in the back yard until other houses were built around us. I spent as much time as I could in the mountains - hiking, camping and exploring.

Why do you live in the Brainerd Lakes area? What do you like most about it?
My husband grew up in the Verndale, MN area and we decided 12 years ago to move back. We enjoy exploring and fishing all of the different lakes.

What is your favorite lake? Why?
My favorite lake is Round Lake because we have a family cabin there. It has a sugar sand swimming beach and great fishing. Round Lake is not a big lake and there is not a lot of boat traffic so you can lounge on your floaty anywhere in the lake.

What is your favorite part of working in Real Estate?
My favorite part of working in real estate is working with people helping them to figure out what their perfect home would be. Turning a dream into a reality.

What is the most unusual thing you have encountered while working in Real Estate?
Every transaction could have something unusual, so you have to have a sense of humor and move on when necessary.

Why should someone choose you as their real estate agent?
I care about my clients, many of them become friends. My husband and I work as a team so you get two for one, he has over 40 years of construction experience and I bring the real estate experience.
