Isn't it funny that when you come to most real estate sites and read about the agents, they tell you how their office is the biggest, best, most honest and has been there the longest? I bet you're more interested in what Waupaca and the surrounding areas offer, than in hearing about my or my company's accomplishments so I'm not going to bore you with all that.*

Here's why you may want to call me. Waupaca is located in central Wisconsin around 210 miles northwest of Chicago and about 240 miles southeast of Minneapolis. If you're familiar with Wisconsin, we're about half way between Appleton and Stevens Point. The main attraction that draws people to our area is the Chain O' Lakes which consists of 22 interconnected lakes located just east of our little town. Although the Chain has been a "tourist attraction" for decades, our community has kept the small town, friendly atmosphere. It's a safe and fun place to live whether you're here year round or your waterfront home is just for fun in the summer. Besides the Chain, we have numerous other lakes and rivers in our area. Some are ski lakes; some are just great for fishing and swimming. In other words, we have waterfront property to suit most anyone's desires.

I think some of the great things about this area are:

We're big enough that you have everything you need (i.e., grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants, hospital, etc.).

We're small enough that we don't have the hustle and bustle of a big city.

We're centrally located so you don't feel like you're WAY out in the boonies and if you feel like you NEED some hustle and bustle, it's not too far away.
