I was wondering if anyone has the GPS coordinates for Haystack reef on Lake Winnebago?

In 1971, my father built a Koronis lake home on Briarwood Lane (route 2) and every summer for 20 years our family would fly from San Diego to Minneapolis and head down to Paynesville for the summer. Sadly, we sold our cabin. I have such fond memories of the lake and the town's people. I have since wanted to come back and rent a cabin or stay at Bug Bee Resort. Anyone who is interested in fishing, waterskiing or just relaxing should consider Lake Koronis as a vacation destination. I'm sure Paynesville has changed over the years, but if one were to venture into Tuck's Cafe or Wishing Well for lunch the folks would have some great stories to share.

Last summer I enjoyed with my family a day of golfing, swiming and dining out. The really cool part was the fact we never had to leave the boat. 6300 acres of lake and enjoyment.

Anvil was busy with fishermen over the weekend. Lots of walleye and northern caught. The cross country skiing was great also on Sunday but now is frozen over. Snow is presently falling and we are hoping for a couple inches to soften out the ice to make it fun to ski on again later this week!

Great fishing this winter. Lots of walleye and northern bagged. Hoping the biting continues this summer. The lake was stocked with Walleye fingerlings about 6 years ago.

Perch fishing was slow 1 mile out off Calumet county park. Seen a few on the camera but only a few takers. Roads plowed and trees were put out yesterday.
