At that time we will use every tool in our chest and go to work on your behalf - and when we successfully sell your property, we will refund your original $250 FSBO advertisement fee.

How do I list my FSBO ad on LakePlace.com?

1. Make payment via PayPal (secure).
2. Once you make payment, you will be asked to input your contact and property information.
3. Once your advertisement has been approved (24-72 hours), you will receive a username and password via email. Sign into your user panel to upload images, pinpoint your property on the map, and create/edit your property description.

Can I make changes to my listing?

Yes. You will have 24/7 access to edit your ad through your user panel.

Why are some pictures blurry while others are crisp?

Blurry images are the result of uploading small pictures. Be sure your pictures are at least 300x225 for best results. If your pictures are larger than 300 (w) x225 (h), don't worry about it. Our system will automatically resize your large photos for optimal web presentation. Please note, we highly recommend using "landscape" images (short and wide - most common) and staying away from "portrait" style images (tall and thin). Portrait style images will have white space on the sides.
