Welcome to "The Loon" cabin

Construction was completed in the spring of 2005. Look through the patio door on the second picture and notice the wonderful view of the lake. The deck on the Loon is situated on the side of the cabin and is 10' x 14' in size. There is a four foot walkout in front of the cabin, leading to the deck. This is a lakefront cabin.

Enter through the patio doors of this cabin, and you will be greeted with the "up north" experience you have been looking for. All of the walls are made of native knotty red pine and the hardwood floor is made of ashwood.

There is a full bath with a tub / shower combo in this cabin. To keep warm and cozy on those cool nights, this cabin has a gas fireplace. The cabin also has electric baseboard heaters.

Included in the cabin is an automatic dishwasher, affording less time housekeeping and more time relaxing! The Loon cabin has two bedrooms. The first floor bedroom has a double bed and an enclosed closet. The loft bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed. It also has an enclosed closet. The sofa folds out into a full sleeper.

This lake home is part of Sunny Point Estates. Below is a summary of what comes with ownership at Sunny Point Estates:

1) First of all, you have all of the amenities offered above.

2) You own the cabin outright. It's yours- that simple. At closing, you receive a certificate of title to the unit making it yours to use, pass on to family, or sell to someone else.

3) You also become part owner of the common grounds of Sunny Point Estates. This includes:
a) 8 acres of lakefront property- all the land between the cabins.
b) 565' of lakefront
c) All docks, water toys, laundry, and fish house are part of the common grounds.

4) You enjoy hassle-free quality time at the lake. Although owners maintain their own cabin, the common ground maintenance is hired out. This includes:
a) Cleaning of the beach, swimming areas, and fish house.
b) Garbage pickup
c) Mowing
d) Leaf removal
e) Snow plowing of driveways and parking lots.
f) Seasonal installation and removal of docks.

In summary, everything that pertains to the common ground is done for you. Like any condo association, there is a monthly fee - currently $75.00/month.
