Esquagama Lake is a PRIVATE ACCESS ONLY lake near Giants Ridge Ski Resort and Golf Courses.

Private Member: Eshquaguma Country Club located across the bay with golfing, tennis, boat dock & small beach area, restaurant or lounge dining and gift shop.

The cabin is 10 - 20 minutes from Premier Golf Courses at Giants Ridge Ski Resort, Shopping (Virginia - MN, Biwabik, Gilbert, & Aurora), Restaurants like 'The Whistling Bird' in Gilbert, ATV Park, Snowmobile Trails, Skiing, Horseback Riding (designated trails), Minnesota Iron Range Retriever Club, Biking & Hiking Trails, "Pick Your Own" Blueberry, Raspberry & Strawberry Patches - That's if you even want to go on an outing & leave this serene, peaceful lake cabin!

The cute year round cabin is located on 3.25 acres that are nicely wooded with plentiful wildlife and good fishing. It has approx 235 feet of Lakeshore. You can go Boating, Fishing, Hiking, Cross Country Skiing or Snowmobiling right from your front door.

There is a new children's playground, nice tennis courts, volleyball court, picnic area and skating rink within two miles of the property at the Biwabik Township Hall, a quaint community center.

The cabin has refrigerator, stove, full basement, 1/8 mile private driveway into the cabin, nice stand of pine trees and woodland. There is a very accommodating shoreline boardwalk to a 32 foot aluminum dock (canoe available all at extra charge, please inquire). Full Bathroom. Well water was tested as excellent in 2007, visitors bottle it and bring it home with them. One of our guests caught & released a 28" walleye on Esquagama Lake, good bass & pan fishing.

Price to rent for all 6 months during the prime season (May - Oct) is $1699/mo + utilities.

Rent for off season rates (Nov - April)
$75 per day
$450 per week
$999 per month if rented for the full 6 months during off season

Rent Home Year Round rate: $800 per month, plus utilities

5 acres of raw land, nice woodland, with 265 feet +/- of undeveloped lake shore, which adjoins this property is also available for rent (inquire to find out the additional charges for tenting, campers or to park your RV; the waterfront is good to launch your canoe from shore (no RV hook-ups or outdoor toilets available at this time, plans are in the making - inc installation of a dock)
