Lovely, private cabin overlooking the SE corner of Lake Le Homme Dieu - the second largest lake on Alexandria's famous Chain of Lakes. This air conditioned cozy cabin is perfect for families of 6 or less as it includes 2 bedrooms and 1 bath (shower), has a fully equiped kitchen, dock access for the boat, firepit for marshmallow roasting, and charcoal grill for steaks – everything you need for a relaxing weekend or week on the lake. Great fishing for pan fish right off the dock! Kids will love it!
There is space for tents/trailers, if requested, as the yard is large with huge shade trees. No beach in front of cabin, but public sand beach (which includes lifeguards) is a short walking distance via a paved pathway.
As most of us don't leave home without our furry friends, pets are welcomed for an additional $35 fee per pet per week.
This cabin is located just outside of the Alexandria city limits. It is a short distance to downtown eateries and some great Alexandria shopping!
- Available for rent Saturday to Saturday, in at 4p/out by 11a, unless other arrangements are made. One half of rent is required to hold reservation, the balance is due two weeks prior to arrival.
- Cabin can be rented on a nightly basis for $125/night.
- Boats can be tied to owners dock.
- Owners provide all bedding and towels. A $60 fee will be added for laundry and cleaning services upon departure.
- Rental rates do not include sales tax. Sales tax to be added.
