ISLE HARBOR TOWNHOME! This townhouse sits on the banks of the harbor. The view is of the harbor and Portage Bay on Leech Lake. There is a main floor bedroom and 2 bedrooms on the upper level. The master bedroom on the upper level has a walk through 3/4 bath. The main floor has a full bath. The kitchen is gorgeous with hickory cabinets galore and a wonderful island to have meals on. The kitchen contains all appliances including a microwave and built in dishwasher. There is also a dining room off the kitchen. Sliding glass doors take you out to the patio and the front yard where yu can relax and enjoy the view. There is a bon fire pit off the patio area. The upper level is a loft that is also set up with a family room. Both the loft and the main floor living rooms have pull out couches for more sleeping space. The living room also has a gas fireplace. There is a main floor laundry room and a 2 car garage for your convenience. This town home has over 1960 square feet of living space for your vacation fun.
Isle Harbor is an exclusive cummunity with private owners. It has a full time resident caretaker and is one of the biggest harbors on Leech Lake.

Amenities:
Stove, Refridgerator, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Air Conditioning, VCR/DVD and Gas Barbeque Grill. Town home is fully furnished with all kitchen utinsels, towels and linens.

Activities:
While your are at Isle Harbor take a walk on the groomed trails or swim on the beach which is just a few yards away from your front door. Bring your boat and put in the covered slip in the harbor. Slip included with the rent. If you don't have a boat we can assist you with rental of one. Bring 4 wheelers and take a drive down the Soo Line Trails that connect to other trails for 100's of miles of great riding. In the winter bring your snowmobiles.
Area: We are conveniently located in the middle of Walker, Bemidji and Grand Rapids. There are golf courses, great restaurants and shopping in the surrounding areas. We are 8 miles from Lake Winnebegosh, 2 miles from Leech River and 7 miles from Boy Lake. Leech Lake is one of the largest lakes in Minnesota with over 111,000 acres of water. Boat from Isle Harbor to lakeside dining or to Walker for shopping and entertainment. Go fishing all day or cruise the lake! Longville hold it's famed "Turtle Races" every Wednesday during the summer. Walker is known for it's winter "Eel Pout Festival" and Moondance Jam.

Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount are specifically agreed upon in advance by the owner.

If renting less than a week there is a 2 night minimum. A non-refundable security deposit of $200 dollars will confirm your reservation. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Security deposit is refunded 14 days after departure. The price rates quoted include up to 10 occupants. Check in time is on Saturdays after 3pm and check out time is on Saturday at 10am for weekly rentals. Please no smoking or pets allowed.
