Our Family Farm was purchased in 1877 by the same family that has owned it for four generations. Located south of Annandale Minnesota it sits in the middle of 80 originally homesteaded acres. It has a private ecology lake that is teaming with wild life of birds, aquatic species and plants. You can ore a boat on this very private lake, walk the vast acres of land, relax in the large wraparound porch, listen to the sounds or take in the sights of total seclusion and nature.

Annandale is a resort area and also a working town. It is located just 50 miles west of the Twin Cities. Our Family Farm is close in proximity to many other lakes and places of historical interest. The farmhouse has one bedroom with a queen bed; a full size sleeper sofa in the living room; one bathroom and a large country kitchen and dining area. There is a large wraparound porch with views to the lake and also to the historical farm buildings and beautiful yard. The home sleeps two to four and some pets are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee.

The Annandale area is full of activities. There are three golf courses: Whispering Pines (18 holes); Southbrook (18 holes); and Albion Ridges (27 holes), all within a short drive. The Powder Ridge ski area offers excellent downhill skiing in the winter months, plus the snowmobiling right out the door from the farm house is fabulous. The Millner Heritage winery is a short 15 minute drive from town. There are numerous lakes in the area that offer all kinds of opportunities for water activities. The area lakes offer some of the best fishing in Minnesota. Annandale is well known for its huge 4th of July celebration and the annual Triathlon. The Wright County Swapper's Meet, one of the largest “flea markets” in the state, is located just outside of town and operates every Saturday from April through October. Annandale is only 30 minutes to the city of St. Cloud, and the Twin Cities Metro area is only a one hour drive away.
