Evergreen I and II part of a small resort in a private setting.

Evergreen I and II are both two bedroom lake homes in a duplex. Each side of the duplex has two bedroom, complete kitchen and full bath. Evergreen I and II have recently been remodeled to include fireplace, whirlpool bath tub, new carpet, sofa and dining area.

Huge windows lead to the deck which overlookes the heated swimming pool and the lake. Great views.

Both Evergreen I and II rate is based on four and can sleep six. Spring/Fall rates $160/nt or $865/week. Summer rates $220/nt or $1250/week. Winter rates are $110 based on two guests and $160 for three to four guests.
