With more than 5,600 sq feet of living space there is plenty of room for all.

Built in October 2006 and newly available for rental in 2007, the cabin is situated on the east end of Black Bay on Lake Vermilion, Minnesota., and is surrounded by state forest or undeveloped property. The exterior of the cabin features log siding on the main and second floors. On the lower level it features fieldstone stone work across the entire lake side of the cabin. The lake is just a few steps away from the lower level doors.

This road-accessible site sits on 12.5 acres of land and features 650+ feet of private shoreline for your enjoyment. It includes a private boat dock, allowing you to bring your own boat to the cabin or to rent one from us.

Enjoy the simplicity of nature in all its beauty from this comfortable lodge. This cabin was designed to be spacious, taking advantage of views from all sides, while having all of the luxuries of a fine home.

The interior of this 7 bedroom 4 bath cabin features wood floors throughout, with tile in the entrance way, kitchen, laundry, basement and all bathrooms. The open-plan living room opens into the dining room and kitchen and has a vaulted pine ceiling with great views out all the windows. The cabin has six panel pine doors, maple cabinets and wood trim throughout. It also features in-floor heat in all of the rooms on the first floor and basement, standard ceiling fans with remotes in every room and a wood-burning fireplace in the living room and basement.

Modern conveniences, such as wireless high speed internet access, two computers, satellite TV, DVD, all new furniture and brand new kitchen appliances, are available for your use.

Deck

The cabin features a 1,950 square foot deck off the main floor of the cabin facing the lake.

The sitting area is just outside the screen porch and the dining room. It features a teak couch, love seat, two chairs, end tables, table, and ottoman. All weather outdoor cushions and pillows are provided.

There is plenty of room for you to relax, enjoy the view, and enjoy the sun!

Hot Tub

The outdoor hot tub is located off the kitchen / screen porch side of the house. It can be accessed from the sitting area of the deck. It has spectacular views of the lake from both inside the hot tub and on the hot tub deck area.

The hot tub area features a split level deck with half of the tub being at deck level and the other half being at the level of the base of the tub. There are stairs around both sides of the tub and a set of stairs goes from the hot tub deck to the lower level.

This 325 gallon hot tub is 87" x 87" and can seat 6-8 adults and features 82 Therapy jets

Screen Porch

The screen porch is a 12' x 30' structure that is immediately off the kitchen and the dining room. It features a tongue and groove cedar ceiling and lights so that it can be used day or night. The walls completely made of screen allow you to take in the outdoors while being protected from the bugs or rain.

The screen porch features a teak table and chairs that can accommodate 12 people for an outdoor lunch or dinner.

Sport Court

A sport court is available and shared between two cabins onsite. The court is configured for multiple uses. The court is a full size 60' x 120' tennis court. It has two NBA 72” regulation glass basketball goals for a full size basketball court. Across one side of the court are two built in 12' soccer goals. Also provided for use are hockey nets. Equipment for tennis, basketball, soccer, floor hockey, and football are provided.
