1930's cabin that was once part of Birchlawn resort. The cabin is a 2 level walkout with a long sweeping lawn to Lake Bertha. The upper level has a master bedroom with a queen bed, large closet, and incredible view of the lake.Their is also a toddler bed in the entrance to the master. A kids room is across the hall with a twin size bunk bed with storage under the bed and a closet. Next is the guest bedroom with a queen bed and a dresser. A large living room with a wall of windows overlooking the lake is the main feature of the upper level. A patio door leads out to a large deck looking over the lake and a patio below. The upper level also has a full bath and a beautiful screened porch.

A/C added in 2011 for those hot Summer nights!

A fully furnished kitchen is on the lower level with a dining area and small family room, all with great views of the lake. There is also a half bath and laundry room with washer/dryer and a second fridge.

A one car garage with attached screened fish cleaning house is yours to use as well as a full basketball court and sand volleyball court. Also a gas grill, two 2 person kayaks and a swinset at the beach.

Lake Bertha also has a full service Marina, Bertha Boatworks.They do Boat and Personal Watercraft rental.
