THE CABIN:
Privately owned - sleeps 10 - 2 bedrooms each with queen bed - sleeping loft with 5 twin beds - central air conditioning - 3 couches - full kitchen with fridge, stove/oven and microwave - spacious bathroom - floor to ceiling windows - hanging indoor fireplace - built over a running stream -you've never seen a place like the Bridge House!

THE EXTRAS WE PROVIDE:
Sheets and blankets for each bed - towels for showering (bring your own beach towels) - dishes, cookery, kitchen utensils (bring your own disposable dishes if you'd like) - gas grill - charcoal grill - playing cards, games and books - 12' rowboat with oars and lifejackets

THE GREAT OUTDOORS:
3 acres of privacy (you can't see the neighbors) - 250+ feet of shoreline - 2 decks - screened-in porch - outdoor fire pit - lot level to lake - horseshoe pits

THE LAKE:
Long Lake in Acton Township - 770+ acres - secluded and quiet - dock with seating and room to tie up your boat or pontoon (sorry, our pontoon is not available for rent or use) - public boat access on west side of lake

THE LOCATION:
SW of Litchfield, MN - small town with unique shopping, entertainment and eating opportunities plus full grocery and discount stores

THE ENJOYMENT:
Girls' weekends - card games - visiting - outdoor games and fires - family gatherings

THE RESERVATION DETAILS:
$1300 per week (7 nights)
Rates based on 10 guests (an additional charge of $10 per person/per night beyond 10)
Some pets allowed - $25 per pet - restrictions apply
We prefer checks; credit card payments subject to a 3% fee
Check-in: 4:00 pm, check-out: noon

THE FINE PRINT:
Reservation deposit is half total amount due (including all additional fees, etc) - cancellations less than 4 weeks before arrival date are non-refundable - cancellations more than 4 weeks prior to arrival are refundable less $100 - deposit will be applied to balance due upon arrival - credit card number required

Unavailable Dates
Dates that are red are considered unavailable for rent for that specific night. You cannot 'check-in' on dates marked unavailable, as the property is rented or occupied that evening. You can 'check-out' on the first day of a period already marked as unavailable.

Arrival Dates
You cannot arrive on a day that is marked unavailable.

Departure Dates
The last day of your stay (the departure day) can fall on a day that is marked available or the first day of a period that is already marked unavailable.
