Webster, WI 70 miles north of Twin City Metro area, accessible by WI 35 and I 35 in MN.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
The home is 2,600 square feet. 3 bedrooms + 1 bedroom in boathouse, 2 bathrooms, sauna, 4 person hot tub and outdoor warm-water shower. (sleeps 10-12)

Beautiful spacious lakehome built in 1995 on calm crystal clear Johnson Lake. It features a fabulous view of the lake from every room. The serenity of the lake is enhanced by the spectacular sunsets, soaring eagles and loon families swimming across the water.

Fall is probably the most beautiful time of the year, offering beautiful leaves, quiet walks, bike rides, canoe rides. There is a great area for scrapbooking, quilting, or other crafts in our well lighted solarium.

Winter provides great nordic skiing closeby and also snowmobile trails and ice skating.

For spring, summer and fall, there is a fantastic sandy beach with a gradual descent into the shallow water, great for the little ones. A paddleboat, swim raft and canoe are available, as well as a public access if you would like to bring a boat or Jet Ski. There is a hot tub on the lower patio that overlooks the lake, an outdoor warm water shower and a sauna inside the home. The deck wraps around the side of the lake home and connects to a wonderful solarium in the front. The back of the home has a large paved driveway for riding bikes and playing basketball as well as a yard with a swing set and room to play horseshoes, croquet and bocce ball (all included).

Other amenities include: Central Air conditioning, 30 X 10 solarium, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Dish Network Satellite TV (32 inch on the main level, 26 inch in the basement), DVD players, surround sound, wood burning fireplace, 2 gas fireplaces, bar area, 2nd refrigerator/freezer in utility room.

Outdoor Features
Panoramic views situated on the east side of Johnson Lake. 80 feet of sandy beach, private dock, swim raft, 16 foot canoe, paddle boat, gas grill (LP provided), adjustable height basketball hoop, 10 x 40 paver block patio, 10 x 15 deck (also wraps around the side and back of the home), outdoor shower, 4 person hot tub, small swing set and slide (ideal for kids 8 and under), paved driveway that comfortably fits 6 cars.

Main level sleeping arrangements
Master bedroom has 1 queen size bed with a private bathroom containing a shower and Jacuzzi tub. Master bedroom has access via a sliding glass door to the solarium.

Lower level sleeping arrangements
Bedroom 1 has full-size bed and kids bunks (ideal for children 12 and under). Bedroom two has queen-size bed and kids bunk beds (ideal for children 12 and under). Lower level bathroom contains a separate shower space for privacy.

Boathouse sleeping arrangements
Boathouse contains a sliding glass door with pull out couch that provides sleeping for 2 and privacy.

Pontoon available for an extra fee.

The location is close to ATV, cross-country, and bike trails. The St. Croix Casino, Danbury, Voyageur Village Golf Course and Siren Glen Golf Course are minutes away. Indoor pool in Siren is available for a small fee for cooler days. A cinema, fitness center, spa, and mini golf can also be found in Siren.

We do not allow smoking or pets

We will possibly take short-term rentals on an individual basis during peak summer months. Please feel free to ask about this if you are interested.

Weekly rental rate (Memorial Day thru Labor Day) - $1,995 (Saturday to
saturday, seven nights)
Weekly rental rate (off peak months) - $1,600
Weekend rental rate $300 per night (off peak, 3 night minimum)
(rates are based on a maximum of 10 occupants)

5.5% Wisconsin state tax applies.

A cleaning fee of $125 is assessed regardless of the length of stay

Reservation policy...A deposit is required to hold dates and acts as a damage deposit, which you will receive back 10 days after you have departed based on any damage if any. $500 week/
$300 weekend.

Cancellation Policy...Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival date will be completely refunded less a $50.00 cancellation fee.

Reservations cancelled less than 30 days of arrival date will not be refunded, unless we can rent out the dates that were cancelled.

We ask for full payment 30 days prior to the first day of reservation. We do not accept credit cards. Checks can be mailed to us.
