The Brittany Cottage is original to the property, built around 1905, and began its life as the laundry, complete with lodging for the laundress. It was converted to guest lodging in the late forties, and has served in that capacity ever since. Brittany Cottage has two bedrooms, (one king, one double), a futon in the living room, one bath, a living/dining room with gas fireplace, and an expanded and remodeled kitchen. The kitchen is complete with full sized refrigerator and stove, microwave, coffeepot and toaster. A favorite feature of the cottage is the large screened porch, with swing and its own picnic table and chairs. Brittany is set back from the Lake about 200 feet, and has limited views of the Lake through the pines. Brittany Cottage is comfortable for four, can sleep six.
