This new Cedar Chalet Home comes completely furnished for only $375.00 per day and we offer you a weekly rate of $2,500.00 for up to (6) people. A pontoon boat with motor is optional to rent @ $125.00 per day or $800.00 per week unless you want to bring your own boat. (A boat is necessary to go to and from the island from the mainland). Over 6 people we charge an additional $50 per nite per person (over 12 yrs. of age) with up to a max of (4) extra persons.
Off-peak rates available for May, Sept. and Oct. (excluding Memorial Day and Labor Day week-ends) reduced to $300 per day for the Chalet and $75.00 per day for the pontoon boat. A Security Deposit is required. Housekeeping with no daily maidservice. Linens, towels and washer and dryer are provided. Just bring your fishing poles and groceries. It also comes with it's own private mainland access. Available May 1st to Nov 1st only.

The last day of your stay (the departure day) can fall on a day that is marked available or the first day of a period that is already marked unavailable.
