Each duplex sleeps 10 people. Each pet in Grand View East is an additional $100 per week. Rate based on up to 6 people. -- The Grand View East and Grand View West split level duplex was built in 1974 as two complete lakeside homes. There is air conditioning throughout. Each duplex have four bedrooms each. There is a separate private deck overlooking the private 100 foot pier and the pristine sandy beach of White Sand Lake. Grand View West has central air conditioning and a telephone.
