Previous to our purchase of Conifer Cove in 2006, it was ran as a trout farm.We have remodled the home and the cottage for the comfort of our guests.and continue to make improvements as time goes on. Conifer Cove is located in wooded northwestern Wisconsin, just 2 hours from the Twin Cities area. We are surrounded by 100 year old majestic pine trees.

We have a 5 bedroom, 3 bath four season lake home and a three season2 bedroom cottage for rent, They are available by the day, week or weekend. You can rent either the home or cottage separately or you may rent them together to accommodate a larger group. The home and the cottage have a full kitchen, living room, TV, DVD player and a gas grill. The home also provides a dishwasher and laundry facilities, a sauna and a gas fireplace. Bedding is provided, we ask that you bring your own towels.

The Home and the Cottage sit on a ridge overlooking Ascot Lake. Ascot Lake is a private 10 acre lake that has been stocked with rainbow, brook and brown trout. It is also home to large mouth bass and trophy sunfish. A fisherman's paradise. The lake is surrounded by 65 acres of beautiful woods with several miles of hiking trails for the nature lovers.

We are and promote CATCH and RELEASE with our fish. You may keep sunfish 8 1/2 inches and smaller to eat. We also ask that you keep only what you can eat for a meal. This is how we get the big sunfish and everyone who comes to Ascot Lake can have the experience to catch that trophy sunfish.

The area provides an endless amount of activities. Some would include, fishing, golfing, ATV trails, Gandy dancer bicycle trail for biking, hiking, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing, ice fishing. There is shopping, movies, casinos and restaurants all within a 10 minute drive.It is also some of the most beautiful motorcycling country.

We provide free wood for camp fires.

We have 3 rowboats, 2 paddle boats and 2 canoes all free to use as much as you like.

week end night(fri-sun) $400.00 / weekday (mon-thur) $250.00

2 bedroom Cottage-weekend, (fri-sun) $550.00. week (fri-fri) $850.00
weekend night (fri-sun) $175.00 / weekday (mon-thur) $125.00

Rent Both House and Cottage - weekend (fri-sun) $1400.00. week (fri-fri) $2200.00. weekday (mon-thur) $325.00

All prices subject to 5.5% sales tax.

Prices bases on 10 persons for house and 4 persons for Cottage.

Additional $20.00 per person per day over these numbers.

Resevation Policy....A deposit is required to hold dates and acts as a damage deposit , which you will receive back 10 days after you leave, based on any damage.
$500.00 week/ $300.00 weekend/ $150.00 3 weekdays or less

Cancellation Policy...Reservations canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival date will be completely refunded less a $50.00 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled less than 30 days of arrival date will not be refunded, unless we can rent out the dates that were canceled.

We ask for full payment 14 days prior to first day of reservation dates. We do not except credit cards. Checks can be mailed to:

Unavailable Dates
Dates that are red are considered unavailable for rent for that specific night. You cannot 'check-in' on dates marked unavailable, as the property is rented or occupied that evening. You can 'check-out' on the first day of a period already marked as unavailable.

Arrival Dates
You cannot arrive on a day that is marked unavailable.

Departure Dates
The last day of your stay (the departure day) can fall on a day that is marked available or the first day of a period that is already marked unavailable.
