This 3000 sq. ft. home built in 1999 on Yellow River offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a queen bed in the loft, and overflow sleeping in the detached guest quarters above the garage. We could sleep as many as 15+, but limit our capacity to 12.
ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME AND THEN SOME. Additional comforts include High Def Satellite TV with 42 inch plasma, DVD, televisions on every level, wet bar, sauna, laundry, huge 900 sq. ft. paver patio with fire pit, (wood is supplied for your convenience), charcoal Weber grill, outdoor furniture, central air and much more. All linens and towels are also provided. Too good to be true you say, not here! We also have a 20 foot pontoon with a new motor for you to use, just pay for gas and oil. You could also put your boat on our dock! Private boat landing is just two blocks away.
Little Yellow Lake (348 acres) is just a 25 minute boat ride and the scenery is fantastic. Fish on the way down to the lake or right off your dock. There are plenty of other things to do as well including casino, golf, movie theatre, motor sports and night life entertainment all within 5 to 15 minutes of your door. ENJOY!!

Weekend $375 per night (3 night minimum)

(rates are based on a max of 8 occupants, $40 each additional person per night)
