Very private and beautiful setting. Deer, turkey, and ducks regularly pass by between you and the lake. Master has pillow top king, second bedroom has twin beds overlooking Lake Dubay. Sleeper sofa in living room and down stairs has twin bunks. A/C and washer and dryer. Garage. Large deck is the perfect place to watch the sun come up across Lake DuBay or BBQ in the evening. Fish flop all over the water just a few feet from your dock that sits about 30 feet from a cozy fire pit. Paddle boat available. 1 mile away is an uncrowded public boat launch and beach. Great lake to ski, jetski or fish. Winter provides many outdoor activities. Numerous snowmobile trails, ice fishing, and Granite Peak/Rib Mountain Ski Resort 20 minutes away. The most important thing about a lake House rental is renting on a big lake not a dried up pond. Lake DuBay had 42 miles of shoreline that is depth controlled by the Dams of the Wisconsin River.
We are just 1hr 45 mins from Green bay and 10 minutes from I-39. You can fly into CWA Airport served by American, Northwest and United. I mile away is a boat launch ramp and a Small restaurant.
