This 440 acre tract is heavily wooded with mature aspen, hardwoods, spruce and pine along with old agricultural areas and scattered pockets of tag alder. Existing roads and trails provide access throughout the property. The northern boundary is bordered by snowmobile trail 116. There is 165 feet of frontage on Middle Fork Main Creek, which is considered a CLASS 1 trout stream by the WI DNR. There is a steel sided building that could be remodeled or used for storage.
