This property is a gorgeous riverfront property located on the Rice River near Cook MN. The property has a beautiful field up front as well as a field into the eastern part of the property. When I walked this property taking photos my lab flushed up quite a few grouse! I also saw a good amount of deer sign. The Rice River would also be an excellent place to kayak, canoe, watch wildlife or even throw dummies for the dogs and let them get a good swim and cool off in the summer months! Power is out along the road. This property is only a few minutes west of Cook and is also not far from Lake Vermilion if you wanted to take the boat out for some excellent walleye or muskie fishing!
